Congratulations to the above teams that were successful last weekend at the Norcross tournament in Atlanta, Georgia.I also need to congratulate the 95 G Mundial team who were finalists at Lake Norman but were not include in my last updates.
CLUB FEES MUST BE CAUGHT UP TO AVOID SUSPENSION FROM START OF SPRING SEASON
As our season comes to an end, we need to remind those members that have not caught up with their club fees for the 2009-2010 seasons to please connect with Ken at the office to get up to date.Suspensions from practices at start of the season (the week of January 18th) will be in effect for those who have an outstanding balance. Please start planning now for the final installment due January 15 for all spring-playing teams.
Office Holiday Hours
CSA office will be operate as follows through the holiday season starting next week
Monday, Tuesday December 14th – 15th 9am – 5pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday December 16th, 17th, 18th 9am – 2pm
The club office will then be closed the week of December 21st and December 28th and reopen as normal the week of January 4th.
DOC’s will be in and out of the office through these weeks but no set hours have been set.
If you do need to speak with someone through this period, please email or call your respective DOC and they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

CSA, with Ruth’s Chris, has partnered with Coke and the NBA Charlotte Bobcats to have an additional holiday promotion for CSA members with skybox seats in the Coke hospitality suite for an upcoming game at the end of December.CSA will be selling these tickets at discounted rate and including dinner at Ruth’s Chris to help raise money for our endowment fund for club scholarships.Keep checking the website for this special promotion coming soon.

Last week our 2nd newsletter was sent out via email to all our members highlighting our 1st season as CSA.We hope everyone had a chance to read the latest news in the club.If you did not receive the newsletter please make sure you email Ken at the office admin@charlottesocceracademy.com so we can update our records of your email addresses.

This will be on all my updates. Good communication is the key to a successful club. All families in the club should have the accessibility to communicate with your team coach and DOC throughout the season. Our coaches are reminded to have periodic meetings through the season to keep families up to date on the progression of the team. Email addresses for me and the DOC’s are on the website if you need to communicate with us. If you need to talk in person, we are in the office each day and if you do not reach us directly, we will return a call in a timely fashion to address any questions or concerns. We have a fantastic full time staff here at CSA and some great team coaches. If you have any issues with your team, club, etc please do not allow a problem to persist. Communicate with the staff so we can deal with it and move on in a positive way.
