Tournament Success Last Weekend and this Weekend
CSA congratulates the teams above that had great weekends at various tournaments and the City Cup over the past two weeks. Good luck to those teams attending state cup this weekend.

CSA Golf Tournament Review (over $35k raised in 1st event)
The 1st annual golf tournament took place last week at Providence Country Club with over 120 golfers participating. Over $35,000 was raised from the event through sponsorship and donations. CSA wants to thank Jay Ostendarp for running the event and Chris Stockley for his coordination of our major sponsors. We look forward to making this an annual event each year.

Age Group Tryout Meetings Reminder Starting This Week
A reminder that we have begun our age group meetings to get families information on the upcoming season and tryout format. Please be sure to check the website for times and dates for your age group. We strongly encourage all players interested in CSA to register online to avoid on field sign ups and long lines during tryouts.

Coach’s Assignments Announced
Our tentative coach’s assignments have been published on our website for the upcoming season. Please be sure to continue to check the list as we will be updating it closer to tryout time as we continue to add staff to certain teams that have TBA listed next to them. We are excited about the staff we have available to our teams for next season. The majority of the staff can be met at the age group meetings currently going on.

Communication. The Key to a Successful Club. ALWAYS ON UPDATES.
This will be on all my updates. Good communication is the key to a successful club. All families in the club should have the accessibility to communicate with your team coach and DOC throughout the season. Our coaches are reminded to have periodic meetings through the season to keep families up to date on the progression of the team.  Email addresses for me and the DOCs are on the website if you need to communicate with us. If you need to talk in person, we are in the office each day and if you do not reach us directly, we will return a call in a timely fashion to address any questions or concerns. We have a fantastic full time staff here at CSA and some great team coaches. If you have any issues with your team, club etc please do not allow a problem to persist. Communicate with the staff so we can deal with it and move on in a positive way.
