Erik Imler Assistant Coach U17 Men’s National Team Coach
Erik imler has resigned from Charlotte Soccer Academy to take a position with US Soccer as the Assistant Men’s Coach for the U17 National Team.
Erik’s new role begins with immediate effect and he will be relocating to Bradenton, Florida at the National Residency camp working with the national team as they prepare to leave for Spain this weekend.
“I want to thank Brad Wylde and Charlotte Soccer Academy for allowing me to grow in my responsibilities and capabilities” stated Erik. “While the timing is never great, this is an opportunity I cannot overlook. I want to thank all members and staff at CSA for these successful years in club coaching and management. As I take the next step in my coaching career, I will always look back fondly on the experiences I have had with so many members of Charlotte Soccer Academy. Thank you. I wish the club nothing but continued success.”

It is also very exciting that a member of the CSA staff can go from our organization to work with the best players in the country at the national team level.
