ELITE CLUB NATIONAL LEAGUE TRAVEL, BUDGET AND COSTS
Travel:
All ECNL Players will be expected to travel and room with their team members for selected ECNL Events. The purpose of this is to provide the players with a college-like environment and experience which will benefit them when they move on to the college level and addition will limit the costs incurred by each ECNL team member and family. In line with the CSA Goals for this program outlined previously in this document, our intention is to introduce the players to all aspects of college play at the elite youth soccer level.
CSA will coordinate and book all ECNL Team travel and lodging for players on each of the U15, U16, U17 and U18 ECNL teams. Parents that may wish to travel are expected to coordinate their own travel and lodging. All players will be expected to travel to and from tournaments and to and from games with their teammates. This will be in Plane, Charters, Vans or Rental Cars depending on which transport has been selected by the ECNL staff for each tournament. Players will also be expected to participate in all team events that will be outlined in a tournament itinerary prior to departure to each event.
Chaperones:
Each ENCL team will have up to 4 Chaperones. Chaperones will be required to travel and stay with their teams. The Chaperones hotel cost will be covered by Charlotte Soccer Academy. Chaperone Responsibilities will include: Coordinating meals, Study Hall, Curfew, Laundry, Medical/general care, Hotel: Check-in/Check-out, Bus supervision (boarding/departing), coordinate with parents traveling separately, game check-in process, confirm schedules, bus driver liaison
Any parent interested in chaperoning an event will communicate with their manager and the chaperones will then be selected by the ECNL staff.
Budget:
ALL ECNL TOURNAMENT APPLICATIONS, PLAYER REGISTRATION, SELECTED TOURNAMENT AND GAME TRAVEL, SELECTED TOURNAMENT AND GAME LODGING, TRAINING COSTS, COACHING FEES FOR ALL ECNL EVENTS AND TRAVEL, ECNL PLAYER PRE-SEASON CAMP AND THE UNIFORM PACKAGE WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAYERS YEARLY CLUB FEE WITH CHARLOTTE SOCCER ACADEMY.
U 15, U 16, U 17 ECNL Club Fee:
Total Cost: $ $3750
Payments: $750 at Tryouts, $750 August 1st, $750 October 1st, $750 December 1st, $750 February 1st
U 18 ECNL Club Fee:
Total Cost: $ $2000
Payments: $500 at Tryouts, $500 August 1st, $500 October 1st, $500
ECNL Player Club Fee will cover the Following:
• CSA Player Fee, ECNL League Fee and ECNL Tournament Showcase Registration Fees
• ECNL Player Pre-Season Camp ( July 27th-29th )
• A minimum of 3 training sessions for the duration of the season (August through January)
• Adidas Home and Away Game uniforms (2 shirts, 2 shorts, 2 socks)
• Adidas Training uniforms (2 training t-shirts, 2 shorts, 2 socks)
• Adidas Travel/spirit wear ($500 value)

• All Coaches expenses for all ECNL Events (CASL, Disney, Texas, and Chicago)
ADDITIONAL ECNL FEES WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE EVENTS FOR MEALS AND MISCELLANEOUS COSTS AND PAYED INTO THE CSA ECNL ACCOUNT.
Region III Games, Non ECNL tournaments (NCYSA State Cup) and travel coordination for your individual teams will continue to be coordinated through your team manager and team treasurer.
Region III/Premier (Team) Budget is an entirely separate budget.
