CSA ECNL FEE STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

CSA ECNLTRAVEL, BUDGET AND COSTS FOR 2011-12 SEASON

U 18 ECNL Club Fee:

Total Cost: $3000
Payments: $750 at Tryouts, $750 August 1st, $750 October 1st, $750 December 1st
 
U 17, U 16 ECNL Club Fee:
Total Cost: $3750
Payments: $750 at Tryouts, $750 August 1st, $750 October 1st, $750 December 1st, $750 February 1st
 
U 15 ECNL Club Fee:
Total Cost: $3250
Payments: $750 at Tryouts, $750 August 1st, $750 October 1st, $500 December 1st, $500 February 1st
 
U 14 ECNL Club Fee:
Total Cost: $2750
Payments: $750 at Tryouts, $500 August 1st, $500 October 1st, $500 December 1st, $500 February 1st
 
ECNL Club Fee will cover the following:
For U14-U18 ECNL Teams:
CSA Player Fee, ECNL League Fee and ECNL Tournament Showcase Registration Fees
  • A minimum of 3 training sessions for the duration of the season
    • (U15-U18- August through January, U14 August-December, February-June)
  • Adidas Home and Away Game uniforms (2 shirts, 2 shorts, 2 socks)
  • Adidas Training uniforms (3 training t-shirts, 3 shorts, 3 socks)
  • Adidas Travel/spirit wear ($500 value)
    • Adidas Travel Shirt
    • Adidas Travel Short
    • Adidas Rain Jacket
    • Adidas Warm-Up Suit
    • Adidas Sweat Top
    • Adidas Bag
  • Field Usage (practice and games) Turf facility at Davie Park and Grass Facility.
  • Hotel and ground transportation to away ECNL Regional Games against
    • VA Rush, GSA, Concorde Fire, Atlanta Fire, BUSA and Cross Conference Games/Selected Tournaments.
  • All Coaches costs and expenses for ALL ECNL Showcase Events and Conference Games
For U15/U16/U17/18 Teams:
 
  • Airfare, Hotel and ground transportation to ECNL Showcase Event in October
 
For U16 and U17 Teams:
 
  • Airfare, Hotel and ground transportation to ECNL Showcase Event in March
 
*Fees do not include National Championship Event Series*
 
ECNL National Event in June:
 
For the National Event in June, CSA Players will have the choice to fly with their families or fly with CSA. If players choose to fly with CSA an additional cost will be required for this trip which will include Airfare, Hotel and ground transportation for the National Event
 
Meals:
 
Prior to each of the away trips for ECNL Regional games and the ECNL Showcase additional meal fees will be required. The cost for meals (Lunch and/or Dinner) will be communicated prior to each event.
 
*As this budget is set in advance to purchasing flights and charters there is a possibility that due to the costs of fuel etc additional costs may be added at a later date
