AUBURN MERCER COMMITS TO ALABAMA

94 Girls ECNL/Predator Player and will begin college soccer in the Fall of 2013

Twelve years ago, when I was a little U-5 player running around in my pink cleats and sophies, college wasn’t even a thought. However, that was the start of everything that has happened to this day. Becoming a part of Charlotte Soccer Academy has really helped me get to where I am now. When I first came, I didn’t know anyone but my team welcomed me into the family right away. No matter where I go in life I will never forget them and no matter what, I will love all of them forever. I’m pumped to be wearing Crimson in a couple of years. Alabama is the perfect fit for me and I would like to thank Adam Denton and Pooly for helping me choose the right place. Shout out to Jason Lowe and Todd Bramble for giving me the opportunity to play at Alabama. I would also like to thank my Florida coaches and trainers who patiently spent years with me, getting me ready for the highest level of soccer. ROLL TIDE!!

Adam Denton, ECNL Director at Charlotte Soccer Academy said, "I have had the opportunity to work with Auburn over the last three seasons after her family relocated from Florida. It was clear Auburn had a lot of potentail and over the last three season we have had the opportunity to work with her and seen her develop into a very accomplished player. Auburn is a very versatile player being able to play in an posistion. Auburn has a great passing range,  1v1 ability and has the vision in the final to create opportunities and also score goals from midfeild. I am very please that Auburn is please with her decision to attend Alabama and I know she is very much looking forward to competing in the SEC. I am sure Auburn will do very well at Alabama."

My five years at CSA has provided me with great coaches and amazing opportunities to travel across the country to compete in the sport I love. I would like to personally thank Adam Denton, who has known me since age nine and has always recognized the potential in me. He has made me a tougher player during every practice and game. She has supported me each and every day of my life and soccer career, and I can’t wait to see her try to pull off the Hokie maroon and orange! My brother, Jonathan, has always been my role model.
