DOC Jim Finnerty Attended
Coaching Course in Italy
Charlotte Soccer Academy’s Recreational Director Jim Finnerty had the opportunity to attend a coaching course in Italy this past Monday. The course was run by Alberto Bollini who is the head coach for Lazio Primavera. Primavera plays in the Seria A league in Italy. The team is currently in first place in league play. After the course, Jim was invited to attend a week long camp in Italy over the summer. Jim will have the chance to work with players and coaches at this Lazio camp. He will also have the opportunity to observe the Primavera team and coaching staff as they will open their first week of training for the season at the camp. The camp will be held at S. Stefano di Cadore.This area is deep in the mountains and north east of Italy, north of Venice and just south of the border with Switzerland.
