Payment is accepted by check, money order, Mastercard or Visa.

CSA will be accepting credit vouchers issued for the 2010 Adidas Cup for this tournament. To redeem a voucher (one per team), you must pay by check. Please reduce the amount of your entry fee by $100 and attach the original voucher to your check for submittal within 10 days of application.
