After a great couple of weekends of play from all age groups, the following teams have advanced to the semi-final games, which will be held at the Bryan Multisport Complex in Goldsboro, NC on March 13-14.

At the 15U age group, the 15U CSA Uptown King Girls, coached by Sarah Grace Woolley, advanced to the Kepner Cup Final Four with an unbeaten record through group play.  They will play WCWAA Black at 10:30am on field 5 at Bryan MSC.

At the 16U age group, the 16U CSA Uptown King Girls, coached by Sarah Grace Woolley, advanced to the Kepner Cup Final Four with an unbeaten record through group play.  They will play NCFC Red North at 8:00am on Field 5 at Bryan MSC

At the 17U age group, the 17U Charlotte King team, coached by Gary Hoilett, advanced to the USYS Final Four with a 2-1-0 record scoring 6 goals. They are scheduled to play NCFC Elite at 3:30pm on field 6 at Bryan MSC.

Also at the USYS level, 18U Matthews/Mint Hill King Girls qualified for the USYS State Cup Final Four. The team is coach by Liam Wilson and has played together for several years at CSA Matthews-Mint Hill. This team won the President’s Kepner Cup and qualified for the regional tournament in 2019. They are scheduled to play NCFC Gold South at 6:30pm on field 2 at Bryan MSC.

From Executive Director Brad Wylde, “I want to congratulate all the coaches, players and Directors of Coaching for their accomplishments this season. This is a fantastic achievement for our entire program. When you combine this success with our ECNL National and Regional programs on both the boys’ and girls’ side, it continues to solidify the progression of CSA to be one of the strongest clubs in the region and country from top to bottom.  A lot of credit needs to go to the coaching staff and the Directors of Coaching, who have done a fantastic job with all of the teams within their age groups this season.  We hope the respective teams will perform to their full potential next weekend and put themselves in a position to win a state title.  Regardless of the results, we are very proud of all the teams and coaching staff and we hope they relish the experience next week. Congratulations to all and good luck.”
