2018-2019 Team Committment

Thank you for choosing Charlotte Soccer Academy for the 2018-2019 season!



We are excited to begin a new season and we would like to welcome you to CSA and extend our congratulations on being selected to a team. Informational packets were distributed during tryouts. The packets are posted below and include details about the commitment process, registration paperwork, age group meetings and upcoming events.

Commitment and Fee

Prior to committing to a team, please be sure that you have read and understand the FEE SCHEDULE (Click here) and that you are aware of the time and financial commitment to the team and club. This is a year-long commitment; any requests for release from your financial and participation obligations must meet the requirements set forth in the fee schedule. If you have questions regarding the level of commitment, amount of travel, etc, please review your tryout packet or contact the CSA office, your new coach or DOC.

Upon your registration and commitment to a CSA team, you will be required to pay the commitment fee which is applied to your yearly CSA fees. This commitment fee is non-refundable. To retain your offered team spot, pay the commitment fee within 24 hours of your offer. The commitment fee is the first installment of the posted payment plan.

Please be aware that if you are eligible for financial aid, it cannot be applied to your commitment fee. Financial aid applications can be obtained by contacting the CSA office at 704-708-4166 or [email protected].

Program/Team Selection

Before continuing, please be certain that you know the age group and program/playing level (e.g., Classic, Classic OPEN, Premier, ELITE, USSDA) of the team that you have been selected for. You will not be selecting a team name during the registration process, players will be assigned to the teams by system administration. Please be sure to consult the most recent team list (see above) to confirm your playing level/program prior to beginning online registration. If the program is not available for selection for your player, please contact the office for assistance.

Notes to Remember for Successful Registration

  • If you registered ONLINE for tryouts, or played with us previously, you already have an account on our site - just log in and register from your account home screen!
  • You need to create a new account if you have not done so on this site. Be sure to add your player as the participant with full legal name. 
  • Be careful to select the correct PROGRAM and LOCATION!

Important message about the CSA Payment Plan:

  • On the billing screen, you will be asked to select "Pay in Full" or to enroll in a payment/installment plan. If you wish to pay just the commitment fee at this time, please choose the INSTALLMENT PLAN option and a schedule of payments will be shown. If you choose the payment plan, please be aware that you are enrolling in Automatic Recurring Billing and your credit card will automatically be billed for the remaining payments according to the fee schedule. A reminder email will be sent to your account email address 7 days prior to the payment posting to your account. Please contact the CSA office for more information.

After Team Commitment - Paperwork and Uniforms

If you are on an EVO, Elite, King, Liga, Blue, Gold, Black, White, Grey or Roma team, or on the Youth Academy and you missed the age group meetings on June 2 and 3rd, please read on:

Paperwork can be turned in at the dropbox at the CSA office. The black dropbox is located on the porch in front of the CSA executive offices. Paperwork can also be mailed to the CSA Office.

UNIFORMS:
If would like to try on uniforms prior to ordering, uniforms and Puma cleats will be available as follows:

Charlotte/Matthews/Uptown/Palisades/Palmetto 
Dates: Wednesday June 6th - Friday, June 29th
Times: Monday-Friday 10am-3pm 
Location: CSA Office (13501 Dorman Road, Prineville, NC 28134). 

North/Cabarrus
Paperwork drop off bin located at 7594 Untz Road Concord, NC 28027. Contact Michele Laubach at [email protected] to schedule a date/time to try on uniforms/Puma cleats. 

Huntersville 
Dates: Wednesday June 6th through Friday, June 29th 
Times: Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm
Location: Strikers Soccer Center (11725 Alexandriana Road, Huntersville NC 28078) 

Registration Paperwork is due by Friday June 8th.

Uniform Ordering: CSA utilizes the Player Pass ordering system. After team and jersey number assignments are finalized, they will be loaded into the Player Pass system. Each player/parent will receive an email invitation and link to order their personal uniform which will be delivered to their home. Uniforms are NOT available for purchase at the CSA office. All uniforms are ordered/purchased online through Player Pass.
