Player Accomplishments

Congratulations to CSA USSDA players Alfredo Diaz-Santillan, Amari Salley, and Noah Churchill.

Alfredo and Amari were in the top ten goal scorers in the Nation during the Month of March. Alfredo is currently #2 nationally in the U18-19 USSDA age group with 17 goals. Alfredo is no stranger to this as this is the second year in a row he has consistantly placed in the top 5 top scorers in the country.

Amari sits in 7th nationally in the 15U age group with 14 goals in 15 games - a great strike rate per game to goal ratio.

Noah Churchill the U14 USSDA goalkeeper, has been selected to the US Soccer Youth National Team Region Id Camp to be held in New Jersey in April. This camp is for identification for the full national team at U14.

Great Job, Guys! CSA are proud of your accomplishments.

Lepley Finds Success with Sporting KC

USSDA Academy News
CSA USSDA Player - In Pre-Season with Sporting KC first team
Congratulations to Tucker Lepley!

With the new MLS season upon us, CSA Academy standout Tucker Lepley, who joined Sporting KC in August of 2018 has been rising eyebrows in the mid-west. Tucker has been called into the first team squad for the pre-season and has contributed well within the preseason training camp in Arizona.

Throughout the fall of 2018, Tucker was embedded into the first team along with multiple trips to the USL teams training. Tucker was a popular character around the DA program at CSA, and played for the club for many years, starting his journey in the CSA Youth Academy. Over the years Tucker has developed into an excellent player.

Academy Director Steve Gummer commented, “Tucker’s ability on the ball to influence a game is a great trait to have and Tucker can light up a game within seconds of being on the ball.”

Let’s hope Tucker can seize the opportunity and really make a great impression with the first team coaching staff at Sporting KC and add to the many former CSA players who have conquered the professional pathway to the MLS.

USSDA Boys Program Update - May 2018

As the 2017-2018 season comes to a close, the staff and I would like to thank all of the players ,parents, and families for the tremendous effort dedication and performances of our players throughout the 2017-18 season. It has been a great year where we believe as a staff that we have seen some great soccer being played along with individual player development: many players have attended US Soccer market training centers, along with several boys having experience with MLS clubs at the Generation cup.

The development of the boys from a personal standpoint has been very rewarding they have all grown as human beings and I truly believe that we have stars in the making in every avenue of life; we appreciate the parent involvement in making your boys such good lads.

The 15 and 17 teams head to San Diego in the middle of June for the National Showcase event, this event will host over 600 college coaches, International and professional scouts from all of the professional clubs worldwide.

Prior to this trip our boys DA players will spend a morning at CAMP SOAR at the JCC center. This project is a give back program where our boys will assist and help in soccer activities with the children with special needs. We have always helped out with this camp as we feel very privileged to be in our position and find great satisfaction in providing support to such a great CAMP SOAR program.

With the dawn of a new season upon us we would also like to welcome all new players and parents to the program. Along with this we welcome some new staff members: Kellie Parham joins the program as our DA Administrator, Gary Forbes will take on the U14 team, Jim Finnerty will join Ben Cook in the U11 and U12 program and Patrick Bridges will direct the U11 and 12 North DA program.
