Charlotte Soccer Academy Hiring of Ralph Lundy III to Palisades and York County Sections
CSA is pleased to announce the hiring of Ralph Lundy III to our full-time staff. Lundy will be the Director of Coaching for the CSA’s Youth Academy for Palisades and for the 8U-12U boys’ section in York County. Lundy will oversee the player development pathway for all players in those age groups and work directly with Sectional Director Ralph Latchana.
Coach Lundy joins CSA having spent three years at USA Mount Pleasant, over a year at generation adidas international (Program Manager), two years at Global Premier Soccer and one year as Boys Director for Daniel Island SA. Lundy held numerous roles within these organizations in addition to head coaching positions at the ECNL level and assistant coaching roles at College of Charleston.
Lundy’s playing career highlights include playing for Discoveries' 2009 national winning side (USYS). Lundy was inducted in the inaugural York County Soccer Hall of Fame class of 2019. In addition to playing for the College of Charleston (2009-12), Lundy played for Caledonia AIA and Des Moines Menace (USL II) who won the national championship in 2014. Lundy’s coaching career began with USA MP eventually winning a national title (U14 USYS) as a coach in 2017 with the 2003 USA Mount Pleasant boys. During his time at GPS, Lundy led the 2005 GPS Elite boys to a regional championship and the national final in 2019.

I have full confidence in his vision and leadership to guide his staff and players to reach their goals. I can't wait to get started!"
