Two CSA Teams Advance to the North Carolina USYS State Cup Final Four 

Charlotte Soccer Academy is wrapping up a great fall season on a high note, with two teams advancing to the USYS State Cup Final Four. After a couple of weekends of terrific play from all age groups, the following teams have advanced to the semi-final which will be held at the J. Burt Gillette Athletic Complex in Wilson, NC on November 19-20.

At the 15U age group, 08 CSA Uptown/Matthews Select Girls coached by Sage Dieterle have advanced to the USYS State Cup Final Four. The team went 3-0 in their bracket. This is the first Uptown/Matthews Select team to advance to the USYS Final Four. The team kicks off Saturday, November 19th at 9am in Wilson, NC against NCFC Elite.

At the 16U age group, the 07 CSA Charlotte King Girls and Coach Tyler Andrus advanced to the Final Four of the USYS State Cup. They also went 3-0 in group play, scoring 9 goals while giving up just one. They will play the WFC Blue Girls in the semi-finals on Saturday, November 19 at 12pm in Wilson, NC.

Executive Director Brad Wylde stated, “I want to congratulate both coaches and teams, as well as the Directors of Coaching, for their accomplishments this season. This is a phenomenal achievement for our program.
